At Les Caprices d'Angèle , we put all our heart into preparing your packages. Each order is carefully packed with love, in recycled boxes , to limit our environmental impact.

Delivery Times and Methods

We ship your orders within 2 business days after payment validation. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen carrier and your location.

• World Relay
• Pick-up in store ready in less than 24 hours

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering based on the weight and destination of your package.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow its progress in real time.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We hope you are delighted with your order, but if an item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to inform us of your wish to return it.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition , unused and in its original packaging.
• Personalized products and opened hygiene items cannot be returned (in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code).

Return procedure

1. Contact us at contact.lescapricesdangele@gmail.com mentioning your order number and the product(s) to be returned.
2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item to us.
3. Once the package is received and checked, we will proceed to the refund within 14 days via the same payment method used during the purchase.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
